Product Design
Product development is a discipline with a high degree of complexity. Through appropriate methodology, pragmatism and an assertive dose of emotion, the proposal is to achieve the result we aim, in a continuous partnership between the studio and the client.
Prototyping
With several years of accumulated experience in multiple industries, there is plenty know-how and technology to favour both visualization and materialization of products being developed.
From 3D Scanning, CNC Machining, 3D Printing (Filament and Resin), Laser Engraving, up to more traditional techniques, multiple materials can be transformed.
Whether the product’s focus is industrialization, or “just” a unique piece, passion and commitment will be the constant!
Digital Fabrication
By relying primarily on computer-coordinated equipment (CNC), the available technologies make it possible to prototype and replicate products with repeatability, adjusting the dimensional tolerance, case by case, according to the product’s requirements.
This approach makes it possible to manufacture limited series, whenever it proves to be economically advantageous.

3D Print – FDM

Resin 3D Printing, to match higher detailing found on more refined and final projects.

Laser Engraving
Laser engraving on multiple substracts, from wood to plastics to metals!
– 2 Diode Laser equipments with 400x400mm, customizable!
– 1 Infrared Laser equipment, for metals, with 70x70mm. It is portable!
3D Scanning
-3D Scanning equipment, with point cloud precision up to 0,1mm on.
Ideal scanned object dimensions would be between 160 e 1400mm. Not a requisite!
CNC Machining
-2,5D CNC for non-metalic materials, with dimensions up to 1300x2500mm.
-3D CNC 3D with dimensions up to 180x180x40mm.
Resin Casting
Resin casting by traditional use of silicone molds and polyurethane resins, as per client’s requirements. Small series production with this method are a must!
